Aside from Ron Paul, that describes the Republican presidential candidates:
We are, unfortunately, living in a huge madhouse of millions who believe that the their country can bomb any country in the world whenever it wants to. So to gain primary votes from a militarized public, the top three three GOP presidential candidates proudly boast they will to bomb Iran.
On television, they vow to bomb a foreign country[1], a crime against peace indictable under Nuremberg Principle Six [2] that automatically became part of the US constitution when it was signed on to.
Promoting war is a Crime Against Peace. At Nuremberg, Nazi media personalities were indicted for promoting war.[3] They stood in the dock right alongside Nazi government officials who ordered the wars and generals who executed criminal orders.

Two observations:
1) “that automatically became part of the US constitution when it was signed on to.”
You are conflating US law in regards to treaties with Constitutional amendment. The US Constitution can only be changed – added to – through the amendment process. Signing on to an international treaty does not add to the Constitution.
2) The appeals to Nuremberg are wrapped in shoddy thinking. Iran has directly threatened to wipe Israel off the map and is busily working to develop nuclear weaponry that will enable this outcome. Under Just War philosophy, the very real potential danger to life offers nations the right to protect themselves and their allies. The bellicosity of the Iranian regime is responsible for the stance of the GOP candidates. Principle VI is directed against wars of aggression or wars in direct violation of treaties. It is difficult to see how this applies to the prescriptions of the candidates.
The term “war criminal” is tossed around all too easily by some in regards to Western leaders. Meanwhile, the Iranian regime has used child soldiers, human wave attacks, and sponsored terror, and none of this is considered.
While I am in complete agreement that war should be avoided when and if at all possible, I cannot accept the characterization repeated here as either accurate or responsible.
Ahmadinijad said he would wipe Israel off the map in response to the question “What will you do if Israel attacks you?” The prowar rhetoric is full of such out of context quotes. And while the leader of Iran is a tyrant, his days appear numbered; the Iranian people bear remarkably little animus to the US, given the circumstances (imposing the Shah, surrounding them with military bases, etc) and they don’t like their leader.
Israel can take care of itself; even if Iran had a nuke, Israel would have them outgunned 200 to 1.
And don’t forget that the Ayotollahs issued a fatwa against nuclear weapons; if after that they did indeed develop a weapon they’d look pretty duplicitous…
Just curious.
Lots of countries that have nuclear weapons threatened other countries, and those threats haven’t panned out since nuclear aggression is likely, if not certain to lead to nuclear annihilation in response.
North Korea/South Korea, China/Taiwan, India/Pakistan, etc..
If Iran is so “crazy” that they don’t care about dying in order to “wipe out” Israel, why haven’t they already done it. They don’t need nukes to attack & wipe out Israel, there are tons of existing weapons technologies that could achieve the same result, and don’t come with the guarantee that using them to attack someone will result in being wiped out with the same thing by someone else.
I think the real reason for the stance of the GOP candidates (less Paul) is fear.
Israel has nukes, so could presumably defend itself. Why is Israel viewed as so pathetic, inept & weak that the US supposedly has to play “babysitter” and protect it?
As to “war crimes”, torture IS a war crime, so support for it is a desire for “war criminal status”.
