“Speaking of rides, the album cover for the new audio/video version of my life story is a picture of me riding my Harley Davidson Fatboy through the hills of Montana.”
That’s John Corapi, “The Black Sheep Dog”, on his new site. Yup, a new version of His Life Story, with himself on his bike, the dog on the hog, so to speak. Across the top of the page there are things you can click on for “My Cart”. “My Account”, “My Wish List”, and “Checkout”, which should tell you all you need to know about Corapi’s latest caper.
Sad.
Very sad, indeed.
Love the statue of Mary in the background in this context…
But all his lady fans are gonna have to buy the media to get the picture on the back cover. He didn’t post the pic for anyone to copy and paste. Maybe he’ll sell posters or prints suitable for framing.
Be charitable. :-)
Charitable is telling the truth, which can be quite ugly at times. So ugly it doesn’t sound remotely charitable.
And things that sound charitable can be lies, damn lies, and flattery that enable people to keep sinning in horrible ways and innocents to be abused unimaginably.
Sorry, just have to share some of the lessons hard learned through the Maciel Saga; I earned the right through years of suffering inflicted on my family due to the Legion.
A dog on a hawg this priest truly is, by his own descriptions. And as far as his swooning fan club goes, I’m sure plenty of them will click the “buy” button for the privilege of seeing the Dog on the back cover.
Outing a con is one of the most charitable acts of all.
Interesting – his new site still says this:
“Fr. Corapi is now a member of the Society of Our Lady of the Most Holy Trinity. He has received a Masters degree in Sacred Scripture from Holy Apostles Seminary, Cromwell, Connecticut, and a Doctorate in Dogmatic Theology from the University of Navarre in Pamplona, Spain.”
I love the statue. Our Lady of the Face Palm.
The Catechism of the Catholic Church #2477states we are to respect one’s reputation. and that even mean telling the truth about one’s failings or faults, or assuming the moral faults of others are true is a sin.. I am not saying Father Corapi is as pure as the new driven snow, none of us are, Neither do I believe that he is evil personified. I choose to say nothing till all this plays out.He has not had his say , other than to deny the allegations. Only God and Father Corapi know the whole truth. I think none of us would want our names in print week after week. Enough is enough. Let it rest.God will take care of it. in His time.
